About
Support software written for the tools doing the work
Every e-commerce team answers the same twenty questions thousands of times a year. Where is my order. Can I return this. Why was I charged twice. The answers are already sitting in systems you pay for — they just aren't reaching the customer without a person in the middle.
What we believe
The queue is the wrong abstraction
Legacy helpdesks are built around a human working through a list. If an AI resolves most of the list, the list stops being the point — what matters is which topics are safe to automate and which still need a person.
Trust is earned per topic, not all at once
"Turn on the AI" is a terrifying decision. "Let it handle order status, since it's been right 97% of the time for a month" is an easy one. Wilph is built around the second conversation.
An answer isn't a resolution
Telling a customer how to request a refund isn't support. Issuing the refund is. That means integrating with the systems that hold the truth, not just the ones that hold the text.
Boring reliability beats clever demos
Support runs every day, including the days you're not watching. We'd rather ship a narrow thing that works than a broad thing that surprises you on a Saturday.
Where we are today
Wilph is early. We're working with a small number of stores to get the fundamentals right — order tracking, returns, refunds, and the handover to a human when the AI shouldn't be the one answering.
The integration lineup leans Nordic on purpose: PostNord, GLS, DAO, Bring, Shipmondo, and Klarna are first-class rather than afterthoughts, alongside Shopify, WooCommerce, and Stripe. If your carrier or payment provider is missing, that's usually a conversation rather than a roadmap item.
If you run support for an online store and any of this sounds like your week, we'd like to hear about it.
