Connect Webshipper to Wilph

A Webshipper access token lets Wilph read orders, shipments and fulfillment status.

Before you start

  • Your Webshipper account name — the subdomain in your-account.webshipper.io.

Step by step

  1. Open access and tokens

    In Webshipper go to Settings → Access and tokens.

  2. Create a token

    Create a token named Wilph with read access to orders and shipments. Copy it when it is shown.

  3. Paste it into Wilph

    In Wilph, open Dashboard → Integrations → Webshipper → Connect, enter the account name and the token, then save.

What Wilph asks for

The exact fields on the connection form, in order.

  • Account name

    The account name from your-account.webshipper.io.

  • Access tokenStored encrypted

    Create a token under Settings → Access and tokens with order and shipment read access.

The token is encrypted before storage.

If something goes wrong

Wilph does not recognise the account name.

Use only the subdomain part — your-account, not the whole your-account.webshipper.io address.
