Connect Magento / Adobe Commerce to Wilph

A Magento or Adobe Commerce integration token gives Wilph read access to orders, customers and catalog data.

Roughly how long
About 10 minutes
Who can do it
A Commerce administrator who knows their own admin password.

Before you start

  • The https:// base URL of the store.
  • Your admin password — Commerce asks for it before it will create the integration.

Step by step

  1. Create the integration

In the Commerce admin go to System → Extensions → Integrations and choose Add New Integration. Name it Wilph and confirm your admin password under Current User Identity Verification.

  2. Choose what it may read

Open the API tab, set Resource Access to Custom, and tick Sales (orders), Customers and Catalog.

  3. Activate it

Save the integration, then find it in the list and choose Activate → Allow. This is the step people skip: an integration that is saved but not activated has no working token.

  4. Copy the access token

Commerce now shows four values. Wilph needs the Access Token — copy it together with your store's base URL.

  5. Paste them into Wilph

In Wilph, open Dashboard → Integrations → Magento / Adobe Commerce → Connect and save both values.

What Wilph asks for

The exact fields on the connection form, in order.

  • Commerce base URL

The HTTPS base URL of your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce store.

  • Integration access tokenStored encrypted

Use the long-lived access token from an activated Commerce integration.

The token is encrypted before storage. Revoking it later is done from the same Integrations screen in Commerce.

Create an Adobe Commerce integration token

If something goes wrong

The token is rejected immediately.

Check the integration shows as Active in Commerce. Saving alone does not issue a working token — Activate → Allow does.

Requests time out.

Confirm the base URL is reachable from the public internet over https, without a staging password prompt in front of it.
