Connect Dixa to Wilph
Dixa is the other helpdesk Wilph can import historical conversations from directly, for side-by-side AI replay.
- Roughly how long
- About 5 minutes
- Who can do it
- A Dixa administrator — only admins can create API tokens.
Before you start
- Your Dixa account, logged in as an admin.
Step by step
Open API tokens
In Dixa go to Settings → Integrations → API tokens.
Create a token
Create a token named Wilph and copy it. Dixa shows the value once.
Paste it into Wilph
In Wilph, open Dashboard → Integrations → Dixa → Connect and save the token.
Run an import
Go to Dashboard → Replay and start an import, choosing a cap of 25, 50 or 100 closed conversations.
What Wilph asks for
The exact fields on the connection form, in order.
- API tokenStored encrypted
An administrator can create this under Settings → Integrations → API tokens in Dixa.
Imported conversations stay inside the Replay lab. They are never turned into live tickets and nothing is ever sent to the customers in them.
Create a Dixa API token ↗If something goes wrong
You cannot find the API tokens screen.
It is admin-only in Dixa. Ask whoever administers the account to create the token for you.
The import finds nothing.
Replay only takes conversations that a person actually answered and that are closed. Open conversations are skipped.
