Before you start
- Your dao customer ID (kundeid).
Step by step
Request API access from dao
Contact dao support or your account manager and ask for access to the parcel API (pakkeprotokol) for your customer ID.
Collect the customer ID and password
dao supplies a kundeid and a kode. Those are exactly the two values Wilph asks for.
Paste them into Wilph
In Wilph, open Dashboard → Integrations → dao → Connect and save both.
What Wilph asks for
The exact fields on the connection form, in order.
- dao customer ID
Your dao customer ID (kundeid).
- Parcel API passwordStored encrypted
The password/code issued by dao for parcel API access.
The password is encrypted before storage.

The password is refused.
The parcel API password is often different from your dao web login. Ask dao specifically for the API code.
