Connect Shipmondo to Wilph

Shipmondo credentials let Wilph see shipments and tracking status across the carriers you book through it.

Roughly how long
About 5 minutes
Who can do it
A Shipmondo user with access to the account's API settings.

Before you start

  • Your Shipmondo account, logged in.

Step by step

  1. Open API access

In Shipmondo go to your account settings and find API access (API-adgang).

  2. Create an API user

Create a new API user named Wilph. Shipmondo shows an API username and an API key — copy both.

  3. Pick the environment

Choose Live / production unless Shipmondo has specifically provisioned a sandbox account for you. Sandbox credentials do not work against live data and vice versa.

  4. Paste them into Wilph

In Wilph, open Dashboard → Integrations → Shipmondo → Connect and save the username, key and environment.

What Wilph asks for

The exact fields on the connection form, in order.

  • API username

Generate this under API access in your Shipmondo account.

  • API keyStored encrypted

The API key paired with the API username for HTTP Basic authentication.

  • Environment

Choose sandbox only when Shipmondo has provisioned a sandbox account for you.

The API key is encrypted before storage. Tracking replies are not live yet — the connection is stored ready for them.

Create Shipmondo API credentials

If something goes wrong

Authentication fails.

The username and key are a pair used together as HTTP Basic credentials. A key from a different API user will not authenticate.

You picked sandbox by mistake.

Reopen the integration in Wilph, switch the environment to live and save. You do not need to re-enter the key.
