Connect PostNord to Wilph
A PostNord Developer Portal key lets Wilph read parcel tracking and delivery status.

Before you start
- A PostNord Developer Portal account.
- Your PostNord customer number, if you want tracking by your own reference rather than by parcel ID.
Step by step
Register in the developer portal
Create an account at the PostNord Developer Portal and confirm the email it sends you.
Create an application
Add an application named Wilph and subscribe it to the tracking API. Some subscriptions are approved automatically; others take a day or two.
Copy the key
Once the subscription is active, the application page shows a consumer key. That is the API key Wilph asks for.
Test and production keys are different values. Take the production one unless you are deliberately testing.
Paste it into Wilph
In Wilph, open Dashboard → Integrations → PostNord → Connect, paste the key, and add the customer number only if you have one.

The key is encrypted before storage. Tracking by parcel ID needs only the key; reference-based lookups also need the customer number.
Get a PostNord Developer Portal key ↗If something goes wrong
The key returns “not authorized”.
Check the application's subscription to the tracking API is approved and active, not just requested.
Lookups by your own order reference find nothing.
Reference lookups require the customer number. Add it to the connection in Wilph.
