Connect Shippo to Wilph
A Shippo API token lets Wilph read shipment and tracking status across every carrier you ship with there.

Before you start
- A Shippo login.
Step by step
Open the API settings
In Shippo, go to Settings → API.
Copy a live token
Shippo issues live and test tokens separately, and they are told apart by their prefix. A test token reads only test shipments, so copy the live one unless you are deliberately testing.
A token starting shippo_test_ will authenticate happily and find none of your real parcels.
Paste it into Wilph
In Wilph, open Dashboard → Integrations → Shippo → Connect and save the token.
What Wilph asks for
The exact fields on the connection form, in order.

Shippo → Settings → API. A live token reads live shipments; a test token reads test ones.
The token is encrypted before storage.

Everything authenticates but no shipment is ever found.
Check the token's prefix. shippo_test_ reads the test environment only.
A parcel bought outside Shippo is not visible.
Shippo only knows shipments created through it. Connect the carrier directly for the rest.
